In 2018, Fisherton Street Traders Association adopted STFH as their official charity. Homelessness has become more visible in and around Salisbury, and this local charity does invaluable work with those who find themselves, often very suddenly, without a home. Breakdowns in relationships, unemployment and ill health can affect any-one at any stage of their life and can lead rapidly to homelessness. STFH provide accommodation and support to help people back into independent living. They receive no government funding and rely entirely on donations and fundraising to continue their work.
