This year I became a Trustee (a voluntary
role) on the Board of this amazing charity - Lucy Air Ambulance for Children.  Lucy is dedicated to delivering air transfers for seriously ill babies and children who require air transfer service.  The service is provided at no cost to the families of the children involved. Since April, Lucy
have already carried out 13 transfers, with three in December 2016 and are going to do more – with your help!

Lucy relies entirely on the generosity of supporters like you to provide this life-saving service.  Each transfer is made possible by people like you.

In addition to being a Trustee, I am a donor and I wanted to raise money and awareness for the amazing work they
do.  So I thought I could do this by challenging myself at the end of 2016 and beginning of 2017 in a way that will achieve this and also keep me fit and healthy too!

I am covering the costs for the hot yoga classes myself and also with my own sweat - around 225 litres or more (estimated at 3 litres per class).  Anyone who sponsors me will get two complimentary passes, upon request until 5 Mar 2017, to attend a hot yoga session in one of the four Fierce Grace studios in London - more info here: http://www.fiercegrace.com/studios.
