I decided I wanted to run a half marathon before turning 40! I have been training for many months with the help of a running coach and osteopath sessions, yoga and pilates! I now feel I maybe able to complete a half marathon without walking😱. I've had a huge amount of support and raising a little money for our very small, local animal rescue would be wonderful.

SESAW is an independent re-homing centre for any abandoned animal. A hardworking team of volunteers cares for the animals without fail every day. The Charity relies entirely upon donations and fundraising events for it's survival. The current Coronavirus crisis has cut off a vital source of income.
