On 21st April 2024, I will be taking part in The TCS London Marathon to raise money for MS-UK!  

MS is a cause very close to my heart. In March 2020 I lost my beautiful mum to her battle with MS. Mum was diagnosed with primary progressive multiple sclerosis aged 21 whilst completing her Masters degree at the University of Cambridge. Mum herself was an avid long-distanced runner. Over the years as her illness progressed and her health deteriorated, Mum never gave up her love of running. Mum was an inspiration to everyone she met, a living embodiment of how to never give up. Each and every day she continues to inspire and motivate me. 

So, on the 21st April 2024, I will be running the London Marathon and endeavour to fundraise £2000 for MS-UK. MS-UK is a national charity dedicated to empowering people affected by multiple sclerosis to live happier and healthier lives. They work to improve the understanding of MS and provide support where it is needed most. Their services include a helpline, providing information and emotional support, online activities, information booklets and a bi-monthly magazine New Pathways.
