We want to raise awareness of mental health until everyone experiencing mental health issues get both the help and support they need. We need the stigma surrounding mental health to be dismantled for good.

This run is in memory of our brother Darren who sadly took his own life. Our brother was the kindest, funniest, most generous person, that would do anything for anyone. I want his memory to be a great one like he was, and for us to carry on his legacy of helping people.
