So it's Strictly time!!! And I have drafted in the expertise of another amazing partner so we can win :) Lee and I will be doing a show dance which is a bit of a mixture of all dances... Lots of drama...

5 weeks to go and we haven't learnt any steps... But have 3 big lifts sort of learnt, just need to ice the bruise on my hip every other hour now..

Any support greatly greatly appreciated as this will be a challenge. But we are in it to win it! Obviously 👑

Seriously though it is for a great Cause, especially as Northern Ireland is reported to have a 25% higher overall prevalence of mental health problems than England (Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety (2014). Cause are there to help when this situation arises, supporting friends and family members so they know how to help their loved one.
