One in four people will experience mental or emotional distress at some point in their lives. As you all know, I am one of those four. So I am doing this skydive to raise money for an organisation that has helped me.

Mind campaigns to improve the lives of people with mental health problems, working for better services, care and legal rights, while helping to improve public attitudes. After my experience, I know how valuable this work is and I hope you will think it valuable enough to donate by sponsoring me to do my skydive.
