Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

VVB Engineering are kindly sponsoring my costs to do the amazing challenge to climb Mt Kilimanjaro in aid of The Born Free Foundation. As a family we have supported Born Free for many years. Over the years we have watched the numbers of our wildlife diminishing. Poachers have played a huge part in this. Poaching has now reached crisis point, our wildlife is dying out. Elephants killed in front of their young, Rhino's horn hacked off and left to bleed to death, sharks plucked from the ocean to have their fins cut off and thrown back to plummet and drown. The list is endless.

Poaching only touches some of what Born free is striving against. The world is becoming a dark place. After recently visiting Shamwari and Born Free on a family holiday we are in awe of what an amazing foundation this is. They need our help.

I am currently training to be able to climb the mountain with Will Travers OBE and hopefully many many more. We hope to raise as much as possible for the charity. Please find it in your hearts to sponsor me. Any amount would be gratefully received...
