A lot of you will know that I've been running for years and completed various 10ks and half marathons. So last year I applied through the ballot for the London marathon and got in....first time! I feel so lucky and I'm really excited to get to run the London marathon in April.

I've decided to run for Ty Hafan which is a charity which offers comfort, care and support to life-limited children, young people and their families in the hospice, in their homes and in the community so they can make the most of their time left together.

I hope you will agree that this a worthy cause and any donations, large or small will be welcome.
