Myself, Lisa, Phil, Steve and Ross are doing Tough Mudder in July. As most people know this is out of our comfort zone and we are much better suited to relaxing in a pub with a beer. We are doing this for the Charity Embrace who do amazing work in supporting child victims of crime and it is the only charity like this around. 

Unfortunately at a young age I became a victim of a serious crime. At this time myself and my family did not receive much support. Recently I have come across Embrace and have started to get involved with the amazing work they do.They help young victims of crime cope with what has happened, support their recovery and provide services that enable them to put events behind them, move on and fulfil their life's potential. We would have benefited greatly if we had this kind of support at the time.
