Story

HI Everyone,

If you know me, I'm not known for partaking in much exercise but this year I'm taking a leap into the unknown and doing something that challenges me phyiscally and mentally to the max. That something is Snowden. On the 14th September 2014 I will be walking the Snowden Horseshoe (17.5 kilometres with a total ascent of 1230 metres over 7 hours) long with other colleagues from mhs homes.

Not only for the challenge, I am supporting a great cause, the Kent Autistic Trust. A charity that is close to mine and my family's heart and continues to do wonderful work with people with Autism everyday. Please dig deep and give anything you can to a wonderful cause. I would be so grateful.

I promise ot update you all with photo's both good and bad.
