Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On October 24th I will be running (well attempting to run) the Great South Run.

I will be running in memory of a very good friend Rich who sadly passed away earlier this year.

The reason bit ! - The charity I am raising pennies for is Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research, as twice during Rich’s life he fought cancer once when he was very young which lead to him needing a heart transplant in his late teens, and then again following his transplant the cancer returned. Once again he fought away and came out the other side only for it to understandably have taken its toll on his body once more and early this year he started to experienced difficulties with his heart which he just couldn’t fight.

The request bit ! - All I am asking for from everyone I contact is to donate £1.00 each. If everyone I ask does this I will certainly exceed my target raising valuable funds for one of his charities.

Thank you for anything you are able to donate big or small it all helps and if you know anyone else that might like to sponsor me please forward on
