Sarah was known to all as a vibrant, fun and loving person who lived life to the full.  Sadly, she was hit by a horrible disease and, despite fighting courageously, passed away on December 30th.  During her hour of need, Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospital at Home provided the most amazing care for which we will always be so grateful.  We would like to raise as much money as possible to help to ensure that other people in Sarah's position benefit from Thorpe Hall's extraordinary support.  We are asking our friends and family to donate to this great cause rather than send flowers.  All money will be directed to Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospital at Home team.  Many thanks, Chris, Emma and Alice
