Hi everyone,

I have always liked running and thought it was time to do it for a good cause, so I have decided to take part in the Kingston 10km run on behalf of the cancer unit in the local hospital.

I've been training hard for the last couple of months, running at least 2 times a week, going to the gym and eating healthy in an attempt to get fit...not always easy after a heavy weekend! :-)

I'm running for Kingston Hospital - Cancer Fund, a local charity and a good cause, so please feel free to make a small donation as every penny counts.
