Fundraising for Abdullah Aid
Story
Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar (رضي الله عنهما) related that Nabi (صلي الله عليه وسلم) was asked,
“O Messenger of Allah, which of the people are most beloved to Allah, and which deeds are most beloved to Allah?”
Rasulullah (صلي الله عليه وسلم) said:
“The people most beloved to Allah are those who are most beneficial to the people; and the most beloved deed to Allah is to make a Muslim happy, or remove one of his troubles, or to fulfill his debt, or to satiate his hunger.
In Sha Allah I will be travelling to a Jordanian refugee camp on 10th February 2017 with Abdullah Aid to provide much needed aid to the displaced Syrian refugees that have been forced away from their normal lives.
The aim is to provide shelter homes, food parcels, electric wheelchairs and hygiene packs. These are all daily basic necessities we all take for granted yet these refugees struggle to obtain these things on a daily basis.
Please support this effort as a kind gesture can reach a wound that only compassion can heal.
