The Sandcastle Trust is a small charity supporting people and families living with a diagnosis of a rare genetic condition. They want to help build memories through the grants of Sandcastle Breaks, special days out and their yearly Sandcastle Santa trips.

Life with a rare genetic condition can be very bleak with little hope of a cure or effective treatments, as a family living with Alagille Syndrome we know all to well.
