Between  20 - 24 May 2020 I will be taking part in the Foces March. This is an arduous event  on foot that covers 135 miles, starting in Ilfracombe and ending in Bulford 5 days later which works out more than a marathon a day. 

After service in both Iraq and Afghanistan. I understand the issues that veterans are going through. Service men and women  are struggling, many are taking their own lives at an alarming rate due to  trying to cope with PTSD. All the proceeds raied will go to the Veterans Charity which is a front line organisation supporting Veterans who require help.
