The 4 of us are taking part in the Extreme 5 Challenge on the 12th of September 2010. (http://www.extreme5challenge.co.uk/)

Jason is cycling, Richard is swimming, Charles is kayaking and Travers is running all in aid of Homes for Zimbabwe and of course a little fun competition.

As well as the 4 events, our 5th challenge is to raise as much money as possible, so please dig deep and sponsor us.
