As many of you know I will soon be running the Virgin London Marathon and I am extremely proud to support the amazing people at Spinal Research, a charity I had the pleasure to work with on several occasions in the past.

Spinal Research is a based charity working internationally to develop therapies to restore feeling and mobility to people paralysed as a result of breaking their neck or back. Their pioneering research is making groundbreaking progress, but with no direct government funding, they heavily rely on people and events like these to raise vital funds.
