We fund education, health and welfare to help lift Kabubbu people out of poverty

Story

Hey!

Its that time of year again where I ask you to donate to a good cause then I get to drag my unfit body around the length and breath of Brighton as i attempt to complete the 2nd Brighton Marathon on April 10th.

Last year we (you and I) managed to raise over £1000 for the Quicken trust and this year I hope (with your help) to continue to support them and the good work they are doing.

The great thing about the Quicken Trust is that they guarentee all money donated goes directly to helping the community of Kabubbu in Uganda, Gift Aid covers admin costs. (and kindly BA covers flight costs)

Quicken work with the community to help the hundreds of orphans whose parents hsve died from AIDs and they have helped fund the building of a school so the orphans be educated and have hope for the future.

Other work they have done includes building a health centre, houses, literacy centre, the creation of farming initiatives, a welfare programme, opening a secondary school and connection of electricity!

Please help The Quicken Trust continue to make a big difference and providing hope and a foundation for this community's future.
