At work there are 30 of us who are attempting to cycle the 320km from Guildford to Paris over 3 days in May in aid of Help the Hospices.  You may recall I cycled the Etape last year but did not collect any sponsorship - I was simply focused on just finishing and, as the photo of me at the top of Mont Ventoux shows, I only just made it - so this year I thought I should do something that can support others so please help me raise money and donate generously.
