We support people to help rebuild lives after stroke.

Story

This will be my 3rd year cycling for the Stroke Association across the bridges of London. I am sorry to have to ask once again for donations but would be happy for your support however small. It has now been nearly 4 years since my stroke and I am just so thankful that I was able to recover enough to be able to continue doing things like this, unlike many less fortunate.

This year I am being joined by my daughter Emma and you can sponsor her here as well.

Thank you for all your support
