Story
On the 3rd of October I will be attempting to participate in a sprint triathlon in St Albans.
I am raising money for St James Place - a childrens charity set up to provide homes for orphaned, abandoned or vulnerable children all around the world.
The event will consist of a 400m swim, 20km bike ride and a 5km run.
I am deep in training i.e. Learning how to swim!! I have also started cycling to work so hopefully I can get under my 1h 30mins target time.
I realise a lot of people send these out, but your help will be hugely appreciate in my attempt to reach the £500 target.
