Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Saturday, August 3rd 2013 I will jump off the top of the Anglican Cathedral in Liverpool in support of Mersey Region Head and Neck Cancer Research - although I will have a rope attached to me!

I'm not the best with heights - although those of you who know me will be surprised given the places I've lived! - so this will be a real challenge for me, especially handing over control of my descent, but it's for a great cause and something that really needs investment for the future, so I'm sure I'll cope.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

About the charity

HaNC (part of the Aintree University Hospital Charity umbrella) aims to support those affected by this type of cancer; to raise awareness; and to fund research carried out by the clinicians at the Mersey Regional Head and Neck Cancer Centre into the causes and possible future treatments.
