I created a page like this at home but it didn't work properly. Hopefully this one will!

In running in the Great North Run this Sunday in aid of the British Heart Foundation. Next year I intend to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Society.

 

If you feel you can give anything - please do so - if you already have - thank you. I plan to do the run in around 2hours - it is hilly I'm told though so may be more tricky than the Freckleton Half Marathon...
