So in Feb 2016 I started to take up jogging to lose weight and get fit. 2 months on and having nearly completed a 5km plan I have decided to enter the Vitality British 10km london run in central London on 10th July  

Not only will it benefit me but more importantly will  give funds to cancer research uk. I'm really looking forward to stepping up my running and helping a really good cause in the process.
