On Sunday 21st of November we will be running 10 kilometers around a windswept course on top of a hill near Swindon amid the aroma of deep heat and the sound of twanging hamstrings and throbbing achilles tendons in the name of fun (apparently) and in the hope of raising some money in the process.

The charity we are raising money for is CICRA, which is close to our hearts as our daughter, Jasmine was diagnosed with Crohns disease 4 years ago. Any money we raise will be used by CICRA to fund research into understanding more about Crohns disease and, ultimately, finding a cure.
