We will each be completing a leg of the Belfast City Marathon in honour of Lighthouse Charity. We have decided to run in aid of Lighthouse as it is a local charity promoting mental health which helps those within our communities overcome some of the most difficult and challenging periods in their lives. It is especially close to our hearts as they have supported one of our team members through the grief of her brother which was invaluable. 

Lighthouse supports people struggling with suicidal thoughts, depression and grief from bereavement. Lighthouse offers counselling, complementary therapies, family support, crisis and youth intervention all within a safe, confidential and welcoming space. Lighthouse relies on funding from the PHA, bids and donations from the private sector and the generosity of the public in order to continue to provide these services. 

This is why any donation big or small would mean so much to us as a team and will not go unnoticed.
