On Sunday I will be running only my second 10K, I won't be super fast but I promise to try and run the whole way. Any money that people felt they were able to donate to this fantastic cause would be gratefully received and will help us to continue to spread our message.

Medics against Violence is a small Scottish charity trying to do amazing things. We aim to tackle violence in Scotland in all its forms because we've all seen far too much of it. We work closely with the Scottish Violence Reduction Unit and other amazing partners because the one thing we are sure of it that we will only achieve good outcomes if we work together. We run MAV Schools, an education programme for young people, Ask Support Care, a domestic abuse training initiative and we help to run Navigator a hospital based support programme.
