Well, after starting running from zero 10 years ago it seemed like the right time to get those extra miles in and go for the ultimate running acheivement, The London Marathon. It seems so easy saying it like that but despite having done half marathons and numerous other running bits and pieces over the years, the extra work to put in and strain on the ageing body is one big task, all those long winter wet, gale blasted endless routes and trials and tribulations along the way.

Now it's time to put all this effort to good use and raise some money for a very worthwhile local charity, something we never know when we might need for all members of our families, any time of day, any day of the year in any situation,  it's there fully equipped with medical supplies and medical professionals to get to us in the quickest time with the best care and ultimtely the best chance of survival, it's the Wales Air Ambulance.

Our local chopper is based and flies out of Caernarfon Airport and relies on our donations to keep this service on our doorstep. Please spare any amount you can to help me raise some well needed funding, I probably won't be running a marathon again, so come on it, let's make it worth my while!!!
