Sooyang Do is a local Martial Art which was founded 15 years ago this year. We are proud to be an inclusive martial art and have many people on the Autistic Spectrum train with us now and over the years including many obtaining their Black Belts which is an amazing achievement. We want to show our support to this local charity by a team of us running this gruelling 10K muddy obstacle race.
