Yes, I know it’s hard to believe but I am actually going to run the London Marathon 2010! Intercountry adoption is usually the only chance for the children concerned to grow up in a loving family. It is a huge undertaking to offer a child a new life in a totally different country and the adults must be properly prepared and supported, and the children's interests must be protected.

Intercountry Adoption Centre (IAC) is a UK registered charity. It aims to ensure that, if people do contemplate adoption from another country, they have the means of making informed decisions, with a clear understanding of the issues involved.
