I am running the Inflatable 5k in Exeter on 16th October to raise awareness and money for the Mankind Initiative charity.

This charity supports male victims of domestic abuse, providing help to flee from an abusive relationship, and ongoing mental health support.

Often men find it hard to speak out about domestic violence, and as a cause very close to my heart, I would like to raise money and most importantly awareness that it is OK to speak out about these issues, and there is help out there for all victims of domestic abuse.
