The Staying Well @ Work Team are raising money for The Mayor of Rhondda Cynon Taf nominated Charity New Horizons Mental Health & Wellbeing Centre. 

As a team specialising in supporting RCT businesses and individuals with mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, we are passionate about helping this incredible charity. 

As a team, we are going to walk Pen-y-Fan mountain on Saturday 6th July 2019 ( Craig is doing it twice ) to help raise awareness of Mental Health and remove the stigma around it. - "It's OK not to be OK". 

Any donations are greatly appreciated and we thank you for helping to support this amazing local charity that's so close to our hearts here in the Staying Well @ Work Team and also our Mayor Councillor De Vet.
