Hector Stringer took his life at the tender age of 18. He didn't realise that things can and do get better and he didn't reach out to his friends and family to ask for help when he needed it most. 

2020 was tough on all of us mentally and as the mother of two young men this cause is very close to my heart. Hector was an active member of Tring Rugby, another huge part of my life.

I am raising money so that hopefully, this fantastic charity, born from such unimaginable loss, can continue their work to prevent suicide, through increased awareness, education and support.
