After deciding to run the Scottish Half Marathon it was an easy choice for Robert and I to help a very worthwhile charity whilst competing and getting ourself fit.  The obvious choice for us both was the National Autistic Society, having first hand experience of how much time and effort goes into helping and supporting young children who are on the Autism Spectrum.  NAS have provided the information leaflets and are available for help and support on many issues that can effect not only the person on the spectrum but also their families.  We would be very appreciative of all donations no matter how big or small every bit will help us reach are big target of £1000.
