We provide excellence in hospice care to support local children and young adults

Story

Involved News is raising Money for the Naomi House Children's Hospice, we are setting off on an epic adventure on the 17th September 2009 from Staples Corner in London to Naples in Italy in our Ford GT diesel in its Gulf Racing colours.

Naomi House was the dream of a committed group of people who saw the desperate need for somewhere locally that could provide respite care for life-limited children and their families.

A personal note from the people who pointed us in the direction of Naomi House when we were looking for the charity to support

" In October 2006, our three year old son, Nathan died.  He had severe Cerebral Palsy and during his short life and after his death we, as a family, have been looked after and supported by Naomi House.

Naomi House helps families with children with life shortening illnesses by giving them respite care during their lives and helping them in their time of grief afterwards.

In order to say a thank you to Naomi House for their support to us and to help them continue to help other families we have raised money with several events.

We would like to say thanks to the Staples to Naples Car rally team (Steve, Rich, Gavin, Giles and Raz) for helping us to raise these funds in memory of Nathan."
