As many know Chris’ father Nick died from a stroke on 2nd January 2015. Nick had a previous stroke which he worked hard with the incredible support of Sucess after Stroke (SAS)  to regain the use of his left hand and nick was a huge advocate  for SAS. 

This run is to be able to raise money and give back some support for SAS in the memory of Nick. Also means I have actually got to run this!
