On the 7th August I will be partaking in my first open water swim event, a 1.5km (0.9mile) challenge from the Royal William Yard to Drakes Island and back again.

If this wasn't enough then 2 weeks after this on the 21st August I have entered the Plymouth Breakwater swim. A 3.5km (2.2mile) endurance from the eastern end of the Breakwater to Tinside 'beach'

I am raising funds for Holly Hedge Animal Sanctuary, where I have started doing some volunteer work (on the maintenance side of things (does not include painting though!))
