2015 has been a challenging year for the Worsnip family. It has been a year of the very low and hopefully some great highs. 

This page remembers my wonderful mum and includes some kind donations from her funeral. 

The 2015 cycling challenge involves riding from Paris 2 Nice, some 714 miles and 39,000 ft of climbing. All in the heat of August in the South of France. 

Training rides include the wonderful Help 4 Heroes dawn ride and other sportives. Training demands 100 mile per week of cycling, plus cross training of swimming, pilates and running. Hopefully putting me in good shape for this challenging event.

All this effort is to say thank you for research that helps my son Martin manage his Crohns.
