In April 2013 I was diagnosed with throat cancer, after treatment and great support from the Oncology team at the Western General Hospital Edinburgh I made a full recovery (minus a few teeth). This July was the final checkup and was thankfully given the all clear by Consultant Guy Vernon. I am shaving my head to fundraise for the Head and Neck Cancer Foundation in support of the amazing work that they do. All your donations will be heartily appreciated.

On Friday 21st September in front of family and golf pals I will go from silver fox to billiard ball. To all my baldy pals this is your chance to get a picture of a lifetime. Someone more tech savvy will be filming the shaving ceremony.
