Right as we all know my weight has been getting out of hand and now i have to sort it out for real.

So as a motivation as sorts i am challenging myself to be fit and healthy enough to do the jane tomlinson 10k charity run in leeds, on 4th july next year (2010)

To make sure im doing this right i will be going for monthly check ups with a doctor and a dietition. I am hoping to be around 16-18st by next june.
