Story

The Yehudi Menuhin School Appeal

Dear Friends,

I have decided to risk my toes and fingers to support an institution that I dearly love and want to help.

The Yehudi Menuhin School.

As you know, the school offers a specialist education for exceptionally musically-gifted children from all over the world.

We will be helping to raise £6m to build a ‘desperately needed’ music studio and establish a bursary fund for disadvantaged children.

I will be trekking to the South Pole this December with two other friends (Tom Henderson and Nat Greene). We should hopefully arrive at the pole, smelly and bearded, just before Christmas.

I will be covering all my own costs. 100% of donations will go directly to the school.

Listen to the Headmaster!!

We have already begun intensive training as we will be pulling our own sledges all the way to the pole. We will be spending many hours, over the next few months, pulling tyres and working out in the gym.

Watch Stuart explain his training programme!!

Watch Stuart train!!

We would be incredibly grateful if you would be able to donate, whatever you are able, to this wonderful cause.

Donate to the Menuhin School 2014 South Pole Expedition

All our donors will receive an expedition T-shirt.
