Dear all,
After 2 years I will be running again in London Marathon. Thats whole 26.2 miles i.e 42.16kms which is a lot of running and lot of practice.

In 2008 I completed this distance in 4hours and 17 minutes this year ......def. cannot beat that record but will be putting my best foot forward and then... the 2nd one and so on ... otherwise ..lol i'll be left standing there :)

I have been sweating it out, burning calories, gaining stamina & 've shedded weight... It'll make all worth while if I reach my target of raising atleast £501.00 for the charity i.e.Take Heart Ltd., India.

Doesn't matter which part of the world you are in, which currency you earn in and how much you earn as a little contribution by YOU will be highly appreciated by me and the people who will be benifited from it.
Its is also a good way to wash the load of your sins, which i am sure you have a bag full :)
So, please may I request you to start JUST GIVING.
