I've never done anything like this before and i'm scared of heights.

Age Uk is a wonderful charity and they have helped my elderly mother immensely.. I would  be so grateful if you could donate any amount you can afford.   I have pledged £400 and it would be great if I could exceed this sum.  So any amount  will be gratefully received.  

I was thinking of getting Mr. Cooper to do it with me but apparently Dogs are not allowed....!!
