A year ago today we lost our beautiful Lou.

Over the next few months I will be raising money to help try and understand more about the more rare forms of cancer.

Many of us have unfortunately been touched in some way by this awful disease. Two people close to me currently my good friend Ash and my amazing Nan are both battling as we speak.

So as some of you know Louise was 1/2 German so over the next two months I'm going to cover the distance from Ufford where she lived to Germany this is 627 miles, and equates to around 80 miles a week.

I'll be cycling, walking and swimming although the majority will be cycling as would take me years to swim 😳 I know times are hard but if anyone wants to donate even a £1 every little helps. Also if anyone wants to join me on a walk or ride I'd certainly be grateful of the company.
