I support MHA in their work to help the elderly who live at home from feeling isolated and lonely. Far too many of our seniors have little contact with the outside world, they lose confidence and can very easily become housebound. If you have any spare time then contact MHA and become a volunteer, befriending is a fabulous way to change someone's life for the better (and it will change yours too!).
