On 19th of September I will attempt to run the Great North Run in Newcastle.  This is my 45th year so the training has not been easy!! However I am hoping that I have done enough to complete the course in a not too embarrassing time..... Please dig deep and support me in this challenge as I am raising funds for Butterwick Hospice, a wonderful  place that needs your money to continue it's excellent work.
