My beautiful friend, Louise, learnt last year the devastating news that she has incurable cancer.

Louise has a gorgeous young family who she desperately cares and worries about. Finding Harry's Rainbow has offered her some comfort as they will be able to support her family leading up to bereavement and afterwards.

I have spent the spring and summer running my legs off to train for the Great South Run and I'm almost there. On 23rd October, I will be running 10 miles to support this wonderful charity but I need your help.
