We only learned about Sylvia's cancer diagnosis on 2nd January 2021, and within a short time she became very unwell.  After a period of time in hospital, Sylvia returned home and was cared for by both the district nursing team, and then the Rowans Hospice at Home Team.

We are eternally grateful for their compassionate and dignified care of Sylvia that allowed her to remain at home with us in her last weeks.
